At the centre of a quiet intersection in Anjuna, and under the watchful eye of the Our Lady of Health Chapel, you’ll find Cream Choc. A pastel-pop wonderland of treats, and the original home of the peerless Mr Gelato. Those in the know will also be aware that Mr Gelato has a new-ish home in Panjim. Which, for anyone that has tried a scoop of Chef Davide Passarella’s Salted Butter Caramel (or any other flavour, really), will come as no surprise. We paid the reticent chef a visit for a quick Q&A and got him to reveal a few secrets along the way. Naturally.
