Terms and Conditions:-

1. IndiGo BluChip and The Postcard Hotel partnership allows IndiGo BluChip Members to earn 10 IndiGo BluChips for every INR 100 spent (up to 5000 IndiGo BluChips per month) while booking their stay at The Postcard Hotel. IndiGo BluChips are loyalty points and do not hold any monetary value. They are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable except as permitted under the IndiGo BluChip Program’s terms and conditions (available at https://www.goindigo.in/loyalty/terms-and-conditions).
2. IndiGo BluChip Members with a valid Membership Number are eligible to avail any ongoing benefits of this partnership.
3. IndiGo BluChip Members must register their unique 9-digit IndiGo BluChip Membership Number while booking on The Postcard Hotel platform (“Merchant Platform”). This allows the relevant IndiGo BluChip Member to accrue IndiGo BluChips while making a transaction or booking on the Postcard Hotel Platform. Where the IndiGo BluChip Membership Number provided by the user is invalid, such IndiGo BluChip Account will not be registered with the Postcard Hotel Platform, and such user shall not accrue any IndiGo BluChips till such time as a valid IndiGo BluChip Membership Number is provided.
4. If the IndiGo BluChip Membership Number is not entered or an invalid number is provided at the time of booking, the IndiGo BluChip Member cannot claim IndiGo BluChips for the transaction(s) done for booking their stay.
5. No IndiGo BluChips will be earned by an IndiGo BluChip Member if the Member does not register their IndiGo BluChip Membership Number on the Postcard Hotel Platform.
6. IndiGo BluChips earned will be credited within 24-48 hours after the completion of the stay of the relevant IndiGo BluChip Member.
7. Bookings made through third parties (e.g., OTAs, Travel Agents) are not eligible for earning IndiGo BluChips.
8. Earning IndiGo BluChips is only applicable to net payments (the amount paid excluding taxes and other charges).
9. In case of cancellations, any penalties charged will not be eligible for earning IndiGo BluChips.
10. IndiGo BluChip and The Postcard Hotel may, at their discretion, amend the number of IndiGo BluChips earned by an IndiGo BluChip Member under this offer.

13. This offer is subject to the laws of India, and any disputes arising from or related to this offer shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
14. This offer is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of IndiGo and The Postcard Hotel shall be final and binding on all parties and shall not be subject to further challenge or appeal.
15. IndiGo reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate this arrangement at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable to any IndiGo BluChip Member or any other person for any such modification, discontinuation, or termination. Furthermore, neither IndiGo nor The Postcard Hotel shall be responsible to any IndiGo BluChip Member for any losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with such modification, discontinuation, or termination of the arrangement.
16. IndiGo BluChips will be credited to the IndiGo BluChip Member’s IndiGo BluChip Account as per the respective brand and company policies.
17. IndiGo makes no warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability, or availability of services offered by The Postcard Hotel. Disputes related to the quality or fitness of services must be addressed directly with The Postcard Hotel.
18. IndiGo is not an agent or intermediary of The Postcard Hotel, and under no circumstance shall IndiGo be construed as such.
19. IndiGo will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, bodily injury, or death arising from this offer or the use of any products/services under this offer.
20. The Postcard Hotel reserves the right to contract with an IndiGo BluChip Member. IndiGo does not control The Postcard Hotel and will not be a party to any contract that an IndiGo BluChip Member enters into with The Postcard Hotel.
21. By using this offer and making a purchase, or by registering the IndiGo BluChip Membership Number on the Merchant Platform, or by making any transaction where the customer subsequently accrues any IndiGo BluChip(s), the members are considered to have accepted all the terms and conditions mentioned above, the IndiGo BluChip Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of The Postcard Hotel, any terms and conditions stipulated on the respective web portals of IndiGo and Postcard Hotel, www.postcardresorts.in, and any terms and conditions specified in the reservation.
22. These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation of the IndiGo BluChip Program terms and conditions applicable to IndiGo BluChip members specified on our website https://www.postcardresorts.com, which shall also apply to this offer.
