Our House chai comes from one of the oldest and the finest tea estates in Assam, the Durrung Tea Estate. Established in 1875 and situated on the north bank of the mighty Brahmaputra, Durrung has always been known to produce premium quality black tea. Embraced by millions of Indians, this tea serves as the fundamental element for crafting the beloved traditional Indian Masala Chai, blended with spices and milk- a cherished daily ritual.Brewing instruction:To prepare a perfect cup of Chai, allow 2tsp of tea for every 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add milk, sugar and spices as desired and allow to shimmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Sieve and serve.
