The Chota Tingrai Tea Estate produces some of the highest quality teas in Assam. The green tea production at the estate is quite unique- the leaves are steamed (following a Japanese tradition of green tea production) and slow-dried giving them a light fruity and vegetal flavor, with a mellow sweet taste at the end of every sip.Brewing instruction:Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove leaves and serve.
